Rosemary Hopcroft教授簡介：霍普克羅夫特（Rosemary Hopcroft），美國華盛頓大學（University of Washington）社會學博士，美國北卡羅來納大學夏洛特校區社會學教授。她的論文廣泛發表于《美國社會學評論》（ASR）、《美國社會學雜志》（AJS）、《社會力量》（Social Forces）、《社會科學研究》（Social Science Research）、《進化與人類行為》（Evolution and Human Behavior, 美國人類行為和進化學會的機關刊物）等重要期刊。她的著作包括：《牛津進化、生物學和社會手冊》（Editor, Oxford Handbook of Evolution, Biology & Society,.
